Welcome to PRDnationwide The Entrance.
Although the name of PRDnationwide is relative new to our region, the office location at 145 The Entrance Road has been an integral part of the real estate scene for the past 50 years. In more recent times trading under the names of Lamont Bros. PRD Realty and prior to that as Peter Brand Real Estate.
In August 1996, one of the principals of the Peter Brand office, Mr Peter Lamont, joined forces with his brother Chris and embraced a new name, new modern look and new era in marketing of real estate, by joining with the PRD Group.
The acquisition of additional companies Nationwide Realty and Asset Realty since 1999 has seen the companies name evolve to its present name of PRDnationwide The Entrance.
Peter and Chris lead a very professional and motivated sales team. This team boasts well in excess of 50 years experience in the real estate industry.
